Upon request you can receive via email a complete information letter on Casa La Roja and Cozumel.
1/2 Rent required as deposit upon making reservation. The deposit is Non- refundable. Balance plus security and key deposit must be paid in full 30 days prior to trip date. Reservations accepted for 3 or more nights.
Please note that this private residence is not available through a rental agency. Rental rates are lower than average and there are no seasonal rate changes. We respectfully request that while you consider this your vacation home away from home, only recommend Casa La Roja to others who will appreciate this truly special opportunity. (Please note there is no TV in the house.)
